Dune London’s mission is to be a destination for brand expression, customer engagement and omni-channel experience, with a single view of the consumer. This mission started with creating a website that treats the user with respect, space and delivers choice for their own individual browsing nature.

User Experience

Collaborating with the Hatched London team, I mapped and maintained a user experience strategy throughout the website design phase. This strategy aimed to establish a comprehensive and all-encompassing approach, enabling the brand to engage, inform, inspire, and effectively sell to its audience

The results

I’m proud to have helped the brand create an elegant and sophisticated new e-commerce thanks to a polished design and smooth user experience. Engaging in such a substantial project has been a valuable learning experience, equipping me with invaluable insights that I’ve successfully incorporated into each subsequent endeavour.
