Innovation Meets Inclusivity: Clore Leadership's Path to a Brighter Future

 

Clore Leadership is a dynamic and inclusive resource for leaders and aspiring leaders in the arts, culture, and creative sectors. They propose different programmes to help leaders enhance their leadership skills, competencies, and performance at every career stage.

However, their online presence was causing friction among their users and internal problems for the team. My task was to analyse their programmes and application process and then offer recommendations to assist them in achieving their objectives to improve their online presence.

UX Strategy

To begin, I conducted an in-depth interview with our client to establish a comprehensive grasp of their programmes and the path their customers traverse within their brand. I actively engaged in a workshop alongside them to pinpoint the typical user profiles, crafted surveys to gain insights into user perspectives and internal staff challenges, and established a benchmark by evaluating industry best practices. After completing all of these tasks, I was equipped to make well-informed decisions regarding the brand architecture and content strategy, creating user journeys and a sitemap.

The results

Clore Leadership’s online presence has been completely transformed. I’m proud to have created a vibrant and dynamic website that truly reflects the brand’s core values and significantly enhances the user-friendliness of their application process. The software has been upgraded to offer personalised recommendations and streamline the onboarding process for applicants and programme participants alike. This has resulted in a seamless website experience for leaders, participants and assessors, implementing distinct account platforms tailored to their specific requirements.
